SecureParser®'s Cryptographic Data Splitting technology ensures high availability by splitting data into shares, writing additional information into each share, and storing the shares in physically separate locations. Because the data is never stored whole and all of the shares are never in one place, there is no single point of failure.
Rebuild data quickly and easily.
Split and physically separated data supports RTO of 0. In the event that one or more of the shares is lost due to corruption, a damaged drive, or loss of communications path, SecureParser can recreate the original data using a user-configurable number of the remaining shares ("M of N" shares). Productivity is never lost because the data is always live.
Skip mirroring and offsite backups—backups are built-in.
M of N fault tolerance enables fully active backups with no passive backup network or storage allocation required. There is no downtime while waiting for Petabytes of data to be copied from a mirrored site. And there are no productivity slowdowns while waiting to build a RAID disk.
